I need some help paying for medical bills and to buy a home in another state because I am disabled and my wife needs a better job.  There are better jobs in North Carolina, Health field.

I am a disabled man.  I am a bi-lateral amputee and my wife and I are unable to pay for medical bills incurred and my wifes insurance will not pay any more.
